What does satisfaction guaranteed really mean? We do not anticipate that you will be unhappy with our work. Team Managers are required to check the maids work before they leave a site. If however, you are dissatisfied with a cleaning for any reason, please call within 24 hours and we will reschedule a clean or touch up at your convenience. Refunds are not given. What does Licensed, Insured, Registered and Bonded mean? We are covered with both liability and workman’s compensation insurance and registered with all local, state and federal government agencies required for our business. You can rest assured that if some unforeseen accident should happen in your home or office as a result of our team working there, Kesap Klean will take responsibility. Do you bring your own supplies or do I need to provide them? Kesap Klean Maids bring our own supplies, vacuums and equipment as well as clean rags. Your job is to just let us in to work. Should you require or request supplies that are not a part of our stock, simply ask and we will customize our cleaning to your needs. How many maids will be in my home and how long will it take? Kesap Klean believes in efficiency. We generally work in teams of 4 but dependent on the size of your home and unforeseen circumstances we will provide you with 2 to 4 maids for each visit. The average 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home takes around 2 hours to complete a first clean with 4 maids and 1 ½ hours to complete a regular cleaning with 4 maids. Will I have the same team of maids every time? We always do our best to keep you with the same team. This allows them to gain a feel for your home and gives you the peace of mind that comes with familiarity. Requests to change your regular appointments and unforeseen circumstances do cause change in staff however. Will we will make every effort to keep you with the same group. We cannot commit however to the same maids each and every time. Do I need to be home when the maids are there cleaning? No, you can make arrangements with us for entry. You can also rest assured that your key or garage code is in safe hands. Team Managers pick up all client information at the beginning of their shift and are required to check it in to management prior to leaving work. Keys and codes are kept separate and secure from client paperwork while in the office. We accept Credit Cards, checks or cash. Simply leave a check out on the kitchen counter for the Team Manager to pick up. Payment is due the day of your cleaning and should be made payable to Kesap Klean.. Maids are permitted to accept tips. Please leave tips separate from checks in the form of cash. In the event a check is returned by the bank, it will be brought to your attention and we will assess a handling fee of $35 per check. Late Payments are subject to a $25 late fee. Non Payment will be sent to collections after 30 days and another $25 collection fee will be assessed. If you prefer to pay by credit card, prearrangements must be made with the office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment arrangements need to be made with the office ahead of time and must be called in at least one business day prior to your cleaning. Maids cannot accept credit card payment. If payment is not left for the maids, cleaning cannot occur unless we are able to contact you and secure payment. In the event we cannot contact you, we will be unable to clean and a Lock Out/Cancellation Fee will apply. Invoicing is available to commercial clients only. What if I need to change or cancel my appointment? Simply call the office ahead of time and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that changes and cancellations must be called into the office at least 24 hours in advance. Changes and cancellations called in with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 charge. In addition, if the maid or maids are not able to enter your home due to a lockout or client error a $50 charge will be applied as well. What if I need extra work done? Again, we pride ourselves on open communication with our clients and doing our best to accommodate your needs. Contact the office and we will schedule the extra time necessary. Keep in mind additional fees may apply. Will I be able to communicate with the maid or maids in my home or office? Absolutely. Kesap Klean hires only English speaking employees. What types of Poducts do you use? We use only the best products, Dyson Vacuums, Bona Hardwood Cleaner and Microfiber
