All Rooms - Clean, dust windowsills, doors, blinds, picture frames, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Vacuum floors and wash floors throughout. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.
- Kitchens - Disinfect and degrease appliances, cabinet surfaces, table and chairs, counters, sinks and back splashes,stove exterior, refrigerator exterior and microwave interior and exterior. Load and run dishwasher or hand wash minimal dishes. Sweep, Wash and scrub floors.
- Offices, Hallways, Living and Dining Rooms & Bedrooms - All furniture dusted and wiped. Carpet or areas rugs will be vacuumed and wood floors will be dust mopped and cleaned. Baseboards, doors, ceiling fans, light fixtures and woodwork dusted. All electronic equipment and knick-knacks will be dusted. Beds made. Linens changed per request.
- Bathrooms - Clean, disinfect and deodorize showers, bathtubs, vanities, extriors of cabinets, mirrors, sinks and toilets. Wash and scrub floors, tile walls and polish chrome.
- First Cleans/Deep Cleans - include high dusting, degreasing kitchen cabinets, washing woodwork in the kitchen and baths and edging carpeting and custom detail. These items are then maintained going forward.
